Shabby Road Sessions

Another good session at shabby road studios last night ended with the vocals down on Did I Ever Lose, and after a few hours of clipping, moving and editing the drums are down too! All that’s left is to get Birmingham teapot orchestra in to record the orchestral parts.

More Guitars Please



The guitars and bass are now down on another new track last night Did I Ever Lose, it’s a little different to the other recordings! One take Tony was on for with the return of the Ibanez although it wasn't technically one take! The guitars went down pretty quick apart from certain someone not being able to play 3 notes, and a poor Tom Morello impression!

Neil stepped up to the daddy Mac and crashed some drums down on another new track Superman!

Plenty of writing going on at the moment so will see how many we can get in the set for May.

Drums went down last night for 2 more new songs!! We are not far from an albums worth of tunes now!
Also rehearsing even more new tracks.... its endless writing, hopefully a video up later of rehearsals!

Final run of the set tonight before saturday....
The worse part is on the way though... packing all the gear down, then lugging down 2 flights of stairs, into the cars, then out the cars into the house, then back into the cars, then into the flapper then back into the cars, then back out of the cars, then back up the 2 flights of stairs....
